Description

We have the discussion and questions part in some parts of the site, usually at the bottom of community portals. So far, there is no notification when people post a message there or there is no entry in the forum (I'm not sure it is linked), when people post there on a city unrelated site, it seems. I've realised this, after seeing Aris' post by chance on the data hub, see screenshot.
I don't know if this part needs to be fixed somehow or properly linked or removed from those pages altogether. (Also what is entered there on the section of the Data Hub also shows up on the CityLoops site, which isn't ideal.)

Not sure what needs to be done, but happy to help think it through. (I've added chat in the task name, because we also referred to it like that in the text above the section.
